We seem to be comparing our fair city to New York a lot lately, but bestseller lists aside, what we really care about is your love life, and that's what we're focusing on today. A new dating site, (with a somewhat baffling name) Coffee Meets Bagel, recently put together an infographic on how cities are affecting singles, using New York, San Francisco, and Boston as the guides.

We already know that we're sorely lacking parking spaces and taxis, but is San Francisco itself a cockblock to our dating lives? Here's the lowdown, with stats taken from members of the dating site, so, you know, take this with several grains of salt and all that.

The "Perfect Woman" According to San Francisco Men

When it comes to gender, ladies have far more options for dunking their bagels (?) in S.F. (which seems to be true of most dating sites, actually. It's a woman's game). In NY the fellas have the advantage, as well as in Boston, though slightly less so. Also, it doesn't explicitly say, but we're assuming all these stats apply to the hetero faction, so bear that in mind. No, not that kind of bear.

When it comes to diversity, S.F. wins this round, where whites (38 percent) are slightly in the minority in comparison to Asians (40 percent). Boston appears to take their coffee with lots of cream, as members there are 64 percent white.

Where Boston fails in diversity, they make up for it by having a bazillion colleges in the area, so it's not surprising that more people have Master's degrees and PhDs there. You'd think with all those degrees people in Boston would at least be able to pronounce the letter R, but we guess you can't win 'em all. (Rrrrrrrim shot!)

Lastly, if you're looking for a Hot Rod who doesn't believe in God, then S.F. is your place. 25 percent of S.F. folks are spiritual but not religious, and 27 percent are "neither religious nor spiritual." Way to keep the godless, hippie stereotype alive, San Francisco. Those who want a nice Jewish boy or girl should head to the East, as 22 percent of New Yorkers and 13 percent of Bostonians identify as such.

To wit, your love life in San Francisco should be a breeze if you're a straight girl looking for an Asian boy who is an atheist and has at least a Bachelor's degree. Get on that, San Francisco, and we'll get on you.

In the timeless words of Tupac, "The West Coast is the Best Coast."
